Rates are nightly.
Our license with the State of Florida requires that we must collect 13% for Sales and Lodging Taxes
A week's stay is defined as "Saturday-to-Saturday."
Exceptions will be considered, so please let us know if another time frame is preferred.
Check-in Time is 4 pm on Arrival date
Check-out Time is 11 am on Departure date

NOTE:
When we have an opening that is only a couple of weeks in the future,
we will consider a reasonable offer for an immediate stay.
